Join Our Team in Italy: Senior Sales Leader for Data & AI Solutions 🚀

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive growth in Italy, building strong customer relationships and leading high-performing teams in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industry.

The Impact You Will Have 🌟

  • Lead and empower a team of account executives, coaching them to develop essential skills and behaviors for success.
  • Strategic planning: Establish territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and investment priorities.
  • Forecast and report on revenue projections and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage complete revenue and customer success processes.
  • Create a culture of teamwork by leading with value and achieving customer outcomes.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Enhance product knowledge by encouraging continuous learning about technical details and future roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.
  • Implement strategic growth plans alongside other leaders across EMEA, ensuring forecast accuracy and high growth predictability.

What We Look For 🎯

  • Proven experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in Italy, with expertise in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industries.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth tech environments.
  • Ability to recruit and engage top sales talent in the market.
  • Strong focus on methodology-based sales coaching, including MEDDPIC and Challenger sales approaches.
  • Experience in value-based sales with business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Leadership in managing sales organizations to influence, develop, and meet objectives in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
  • Extended executive network with key customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to help grow strategic enterprise territories.
  • Experience with consumption and commitment-based revenue models.
  • Fluent in Italian and business English.
