What You Will Do 💼

The Customer Success Director will:

  • Build Executive Relationships: Maintain trusted partnerships with senior clients.
  • Manage Account Performance: Track and oversee account metrics, guarantee fulfillment, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • P&L Oversight: Understand and influence financial outcomes to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Facilitate executive meetings to align on priorities and drive strategy.
  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans that identify key priorities, growth opportunities, and responsibilities.

Who You Are 👤🏻

Required Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in client success activities including account management, negotiations, or sales.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record with mid- and senior-level health plan executives.
  • Leadership: At least 3 years managing a team, if applicable.
  • Facilitation & Planning: Experience in hosting committee meetings and developing strategic business cases.
  • Contract Knowledge: Ability to interpret contractual agreements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project management skills.
  • Travel: Approx. 40-50%, mainly to Florida and Puerto Rico (Jacksonville and San Juan).

Working Conditions 💻

This role is primarily remote, with company-provided equipment. You will need:

  • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise.
  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, latency under 100ms).
  • Long periods of sitting and typing are expected.
