What You Will Do 💼
The Customer Success Director will:
- Build Executive Relationships: Maintain trusted partnerships with senior clients.
- Manage Account Performance: Track and oversee account metrics, guarantee fulfillment, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
- P&L Oversight: Understand and influence financial outcomes to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate Strategically: Facilitate executive meetings to align on priorities and drive strategy.
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans that identify key priorities, growth opportunities, and responsibilities.
Who You Are 👤🏻
Required Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- Experience: 5+ years in client success activities including account management, negotiations, or sales.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record with mid- and senior-level health plan executives.
- Leadership: At least 3 years managing a team, if applicable.
- Facilitation & Planning: Experience in hosting committee meetings and developing strategic business cases.
- Contract Knowledge: Ability to interpret contractual agreements.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project management skills.
- Travel: Approx. 40-50%, mainly to Florida and Puerto Rico (Jacksonville and San Juan).

Working Conditions 💻
This role is primarily remote, with company-provided equipment. You will need:
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise.
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, latency under 100ms).
- Long periods of sitting and typing are expected.
