What You Will Do – Essential Functions

The Customer Success Director will oversee Lucet’s customer accounts, focusing on lifecycle management, driving profitable growth, and demonstrating ROI and value to clients. Responsibilities include contract performance, account retention, renewal strategies, and upsell opportunities.

  • Building Executive Relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with executive clients 🤝
  • Account Performance Oversight: Monitor and manage account performance, issue resolution, and client satisfaction
  • P&L Management: Maintain awareness of financial metrics to impact growth positively
  • Strategic Collaboration: Lead joint meetings with executive audiences to align priorities
  • Growth & Success Strategies: Develop strategic plans with key priorities, activities, and growth targets for each client

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles
  • Proven track record of building strategic customer relationships, especially with health plan executives
  • At least 3 years of team management experience (if applicable)
  • Experience facilitating executive committee meetings and developing strategic initiatives
  • Ability to interpret contracts and develop complex business cases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30%, including client sites in Jacksonville, FL, and San Juan, Puerto Rico ✈️
