Position Details
Location: Celebration Office, Florida (Zip Code: 34747). Some remote work may be possible.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience and success in digital marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities & Activities
- 📊 Provide weekly marketing reports to the clinic owner, detailing leads, sources, costs, sales, conversions, and ROI
- 🤝 Assist in creating and managing campaigns within the company’s CRM
- 🌐 Manage and update client social media accounts
- ✉️ Implement weekly email prospecting campaigns for clients
- 🗓️ Develop and execute a social media calendar, including written and video content
- 🛬 Manage inbound lead acquisition processes for clients
- 🔎 Collaborate with Google Ads team to identify new lead opportunities
Skills & Qualifications Needed
- 🔑 Deep understanding of target markets, USPs, and product offerings
- 🎯 Expertise in direct response marketing strategies
- 📝 Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- ✍️ Ability to craft compelling marketing copy (sales copywriting basics)
- 🕵️♂️ Exceptional attention to detail
- 💻 Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel, including working with databases and spreadsheets
- 📈 Experience creating ROI reports for marketing initiatives
- 🖥️ Capable of formatting marketing communications and sales materials
- ⏰ Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines reliably
