🔹 Your Role at SIXT

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls 📞✉️💻
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle rentals, pickup procedures, and reservation closures 🚗🔑
• Verify customer information and offer related support ✅
• Provide technical assistance during key pickup moments and troubleshoot self-service issues 🔧🖥️
• Collaborate with SIXT branches across different countries 🌍
• Make outbound calls to promote additional sales and improvements 📞💼

• Customer Orientation: Demonstrate excellent understanding of customer needs to ensure satisfaction with every interaction 😊
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are advantageous 🌐
