🔹 Your Role at SIXT

• Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle questions via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist Customers: Guide them through vehicle rental, pickup procedures, and reservation closures.
• Verify & Support: Check customer information and provide related assistance.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues during the key pickup process and in the self-service section.
• Collaborate Globally: Work with SIXT branches across different countries.
• Sales & Promotion: Make outbound calls to promote additional services and improvements.

🔹 Your Skills & Qualifications

• Customer Orientation: Exceptional ability to understand and anticipate customer needs for high satisfaction.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages like Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
• Effective Communication: Clear and persuasive dialogue to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to a dynamic environment, including night shift availability.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within an international and collaborative team.
• Solution-Focused: Quick problem identification and effective resolution to ensure service continuity.
