Position

Development & Production Launch Engineer (Bilingual Korean-English Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development
  • Create 2D/3D product models
  • Prepare engineering drawings and manage product specifications
• Process Design & Optimization
  • Design production line layouts for mass production
  • Review equipment and tooling specifications
• Prototype Development & Production Launch
  • Support prototype build activities
  • Conduct testing, evaluation, and production transfer
• Productivity & Quality Improvement
  • Analyze and resolve process defects
  • Lead cost reduction and value engineering (VA/VE) initiatives

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal and written, required)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related)
• 3–10 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (L1, E2 visas welcome)

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
• Work Type: Full-time, On-site
• Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime and weekend work allowances when applicable
