🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development:
  • Create 2D/3D product models
  • Prepare engineering drawings and manage product specifications
• Process Design & Optimization:
  • Design production line layouts for mass production
  • Review equipment and tooling specifications
• Prototype Development & Production Launch:
  • Support prototype build activities
  • Conduct testing, evaluation, and facilitate production transfer
• Productivity & Quality Improvement:
  • Analyze and resolve process defects
  • Lead cost reduction and value engineering (VA/VE) initiatives

🎓 Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (both verbal and written) required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related field)
• 3–10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (L1, E2 visa holders welcome)

💼 Compensation & Work Schedule

• Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
• Work Type: Full-time, On-site
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime and weekend work allowances provided when applicable
