Job Details

• Location: Global remote (physically outside Mainland China)
• Language: Mandarin working proficiency required; English reading/writing required
• Engagement: Contractor-first with potential for long-term or full-time
• Time Overlap: At least 4 hours overlap with Singapore Time or Pacific Time 🌏⏰

What You Will Do

• Design and prototype AI product workflows, onboarding processes, dashboards, demo flows, landing pages, and sales assets.
• Translate ambiguous founder or product ideas into usable screens and compelling product narratives that maximize conversions.
• Work in Figma, with ideal experience in shipping or prototyping via React, Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
• Build lightweight, reusable design systems and components to support product and growth efforts.

Who We Are Looking For

• Portfolio: Demonstrates real SaaS/product work—visuals alone aren’t enough. Experience in AI products, research tools, healthcare, productivity, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Skills: Strong sense of hierarchy, copy awareness, interaction judgment, and conversion optimization.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineers and growth teams without requiring heavy specifications.
• Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin (workable level) and English (reading/writing).
