We're rebuilding our small, high-ownership remote team and are seeking talented Mandarin-speaking teammates outside Mainland China to help shape the future of AI-driven research tools.

Location & Language Requirements

• Location: Global remote — must be physically outside Mainland China 🌎
• Language: Mandarin working proficiency required; english reading and writing necessary 📖🈴

Engagement Terms

• Type: Contractor first, with potential for long-term or full-time roles 🔄
• Time Overlap: At least 4 hours aligned with Singapore or Pacific Time zone ⏰

What You Will Do

• Design and prototype AI product workflows, onboarding processes, dashboards, demo flows, landing pages, and sales assets 🖥️🎯
• Translate founder and product ideas into usable screens and compelling narratives that drive conversions 💡📝
• Work with tools like Figma, and ideally develop prototypes or ship products using React, Framer, Webflow, or other adjacent platforms 🔧⚙️
• Develop lightweight design systems and reusable components for product and growth initiatives 🏗️

Who We Are Looking For

• Portfolio displaying real SaaS or product work, beyond just visual shots. Experience in AI products, research tools, healthcare, productivity, or B2B SaaS is a plus 📁✨
• Strong understanding of hierarchy, copy awareness, interaction judgment, and conversion optimization 🧠💬
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineers and growth teams without requiring detailed specifications 🤝
• Proficiency in Mandarin (work) and English (reading/writing) required 🈴📖
