Cookiy AI is pioneering an AI-native qualitative research platform that transforms voice-based interviews into actionable insights for product, growth, and healthcare teams. We're retooling our dynamic, remote team and seeking Mandarin-speaking designers based outside Mainland China to help shape our innovative tools.

Location & Language Requirements 📍🗣️

• Location: Global remote, physically outside Mainland China
• Language: Mandarin working proficiency required; English reading and writing required
• Engagement: Contractor first, with potential for long-term/full-time roles
• Time Overlap: At least 4 hours overlapping with Singapore Time or Pacific Time

What You Will Do 🛠️

• Design and prototype AI product workflows, onboarding processes, dashboards, demo flows, landing pages, and sales assets.
• Translate ambiguous founder or product ideas into intuitive screens and compelling narratives that drive conversions.
• Work in design tools like Figma, and ideally ship or prototype in React, Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Develop lightweight design systems and reusable components for product and growth initiatives.

Who We're Looking For 🔍

• Portfolios showcasing real SaaS or product work, beyond just visual designs. Experience in AI products, research tools, healthcare, productivity, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design hierarchy, copywriting, interaction design, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineers and growth teams without requiring detailed specifications.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (work) and English (reading/writing).
