We’re rebuilding a small, high-ownership remote team and seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates based outside Mainland China to help shape the future of AI-driven research.

🌍 Location

• Global remote, physically outside Mainland China

🈶️ Language Requirements

• Mandarin: Working proficiency required 🗣️
• English: Reading and writing required 📖✍️

🤝 Engagement & Working Hours

• Initial engagement: Contractor, with potential to transition to long-term/full-time 🤝
• Time overlap: At least 4 hours overlapping with Singapore Time or Pacific Time ⏰

🎯 What You Will Do

• Design and prototype AI product workflows, onboarding processes, dashboards, demo flows, landing pages, and sales assets 🖥️
• Translate vague founder or product ideas into intuitive screens and compelling product narratives 🔍
• Work in design tools like Figma and, ideally, ship or prototype in React, Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms 🚀
• Build lightweight design systems and reusable components for product and growth 🚧

🔎 Who We Are Looking For

• Portfolio demonstrating real SaaS/product work, not merely visual shots 📂
• Experience with AI products, research tools, healthcare, productivity, or B2B SaaS is a plus 💊📊
• Strong sense of hierarchy, copy awareness, interaction judgment, and conversion focus 🎯
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineers and growth teams without needing detailed specifications 🤝
• Mandarin working proficiency and English reading/writing skills 🗣️✍️
