Position: Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Associate

This full-time role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to make a difference in a friendly, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a receptionist in a dental office. (Strict requirement; candidates without dental office experience will not be considered.)
• Attention to Detail & Organization: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Work Ethic: Hardworking and always looking for new tasks to accomplish.
• Computer Skills: Moderate proficiency required.
• Personality: Upbeat, energetic, and bubbly demeanor with an enthusiastic outlook.
• Quick Learner & Multitasker: Ability to adapt swiftly and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Reasoning Skills: Logical thinker with sound reasoning abilities.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
