Meaning "village" in Hebrew, K’Far brings the warmth, energy, and flavors of Israeli bakeries to New York. Following the success of their collaboration with Laser Wolf Brooklyn, CooknSolo restaurants and Boka Restaurant Group have launched this exciting culinary concept, offering a diverse menu of traditional Israeli dishes and baked goods inspired by Chef Mike Solomonov’s original kitchen in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities 📝

The Daytime Service Manager will oversee and coordinate various aspects of the restaurant’s daytime operations, including:

• Opening the restaurant and facilitating daytime service
• Delivering attentive and detail-oriented service to guests, ensuring a comfortable dining experience
• Completing opening and closing tasks, conducting daily walk-throughs, and leading pre-shift meetings
• Supporting ongoing staff education, training materials, and fostering a positive team culture
• Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and department-specific ordering
• Helping coordinate events as needed to enhance guest experiences

Physical Requirements 💪

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
• Safely and effectively operate all necessary tools and equipment
• Stand and walk for an entire shift, including navigating stairs and uneven or slippery surfaces safely
