Join our dynamic appliance retail team as a video editor to help bring our culinary stories to life! We’ve partnered with local Chefs and a talented videographer to produce engaging content in multiple languages. We are now seeking a fluent editor in Mandarin and Cantonese to finalize these videos and ensure they shine across all platforms.

Job Overview

As part of our creative team, you'll work on editing multilingual video content featuring renowned Chefs. Your role involves refining footage, synchronizing voice-overs, and adding captions to deliver polished videos that resonate with our diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Chef Alex's Mandarin and Cantonese video (90s):
  • Work with a pre-edited DaVinci Resolve file
  • Adjust visuals to match voice-overs or replace intros/outros in Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Edit to piece voice-overs together
  • Add captions
  • Deliver both horizontal and vertical formats
• Chef Sharon's Cantonese videos:
  • Receive working files with nearly finished footage
  • Adjust voice-over timing and synchronization
  • Add captions
  • Format videos into various lengths and orientations:
  • 1 hero video (60s, 30s, 15s) in both horizontal and vertical
  • 4 dish-focused videos (60s, vertical)

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in video editing software, preferably DaVinci Resolve
• Experience editing multi-format videos for social media
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
