- Job Title: Data Quality Analyst
- Locations: NYC, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Pay Rate: $38/hour
- Contract Duration: 1-year with potential extension
Important: This role is entirely onsite — remote work is not available. Candidates must be able to commute to one of the specified cities. Please only apply if eligible based on location.
What You’ll Do 🎯
- Support quality and execution across DLA teams to meet standards at scale
- Audit DLA outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Serve as the first support point for DLAs — answering questions and interpreting guidelines
- Assist DLAs in navigating ambiguity and applying evolving instructions
- Support onboarding and training of new DLAs through hands-on coaching
- Monitor workflows, queues, and blockers — escalating risks to Team Leads
- Identify patterns, recurring issues, and edge cases in outputs
- Participate in calibrations, team discussions, and stakeholder meetings
- Contribute to improving guidelines, processes, and overall team performance
- Document findings and feedback clearly and concisely
What We’re Looking For ✨
- Native-level language proficiency; bachelor’s degree or higher
- B2 or higher English proficiency
- 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, QA, content quality, or related fields
- Strong skills in interpreting and applying complex guidelines consistently
- Excellent attention to detail with a high standard for quality
- Ability to adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities
- Experience with AI/ML data workflows or human-in-the-loop environments
- Prior auditing or review experience of others’ work
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-driven content evaluation
