We are seeking a meticulous, self-driven native Korean speaker to enhance the quality of data powering our global products. If you’re passionate about data accuracy and multilingual content, this is your chance to make an impact!

Position Overview: Data Quality Analyst – Korean Language Specialist

• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Work Location: Hybrid – Redmond, WA or Burlingame, CA
• Schedule: Mon/Fri Remote, Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite | 8:30 AM – 5 PM PST
• Compensation: $27/hour 💰

📝 What’s the Job?

• Author and refine guidelines for Korean-language data collection and quality assurance audits
• Conduct internal research studies involving Korean-speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality
• Perform weekly quality assurance audits of Korean-language data collected by internal and external teams
• Compose weekly reports highlighting trends and issues specific to Korean-language data
• Provide ongoing feedback to collection teams to ensure high-quality Korean data
• Monitor program performance for continuous improvement

🧠 What’s Needed?

• Fluency in Korean (spoken & written) is essential
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage workload
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), including formula writing
