What We're Looking For – Across All Levels

• 📝 Fluency in Arabic and English
• 🔑 Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• 🚶‍♀️ Based in or able to commute to the Menlo Park area
• 🎯 Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
• 🤖 Interest or experience in AI, data quality, or language evaluation

Experience Levels & Compensation 💼

• Data Labeling Associate — $34/hr
  1–2 years of professional writing or AI evaluation experience
• Data Quality Analyst — $38/hr
  2–4 years in QA, annotation, or AI/ML workflows + experience auditing others' work

Additional Details

Location: 100% onsite in the NYC area. The same role is also available in the SF Bay Area and Seattle.

Employment: W2 Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Compensation Details 💰

Pay range: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
