What We're Looking For – Across All Levels

• 🗣️ Fluency in German and English
• ✅ Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship required)
• 📍 Based in or able to commute to New York City
• 🔍 Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with structured workflows
• 💡 Interest or experience in AI, data, or language-related work

Experience Levels & Compensation

• Data Labeling Analyst — $26–28/hr
  1–2 years of experience in data labeling, annotation, or content work
• Data Labeling Associate — $34/hr
  1–2 years of professional writing or AI evaluation experience + Bachelor's degree
• Data Quality Analyst — $38/hr
  2–4 years in QA, annotation, or AI/ML workflows + Bachelor's degree

Location & Employment Details

Location: 100% onsite at our offices in NYC, with similar roles available in San Francisco, CA, and Seattle.

Employment Type: W2 Full-Time | 40 hrs/week

Compensation Range

Pay: $26.00 – $38.00 per hour
