Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Data Entry: Accurately input required data following detailed entry and category guidelines provided, including:
  • Understanding general data entry protocols for various focus category groups
  • Applying category-specific rules to ensure correct data classification
  • Effectively utilizing our data entry system
• Quality Control: Review team member work and identify, record, and correct errors to maintain high quality standards.
• Image Review: Read and interpret computer-based images to identify relevant pages containing products for data entry based on client requirements.
• Ongoing Project Review: Continuously monitor and review work to detect errors and omissions in client-specific projects.
• Knowledge Improvement: Regularly revise and test your understanding to ensure consistent, high-quality work.

Qualifications ✨

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required
• Graduate degree or higher in any discipline
• At least 1 year of experience interpreting purchase receipts or prescriptions
• Critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong computer skills: Touch typing at 40+ WPM
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Meticulous and Quality-focused mindset; motivated to spot errors and inquire when something seems inaccurate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & G-Suite
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with North American markets and FMCG industry is advantageous

Shift Timings ⏰

• Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM IST
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST
• Shifts occur 5 days per week with rotations to support weekends and holidays, depending on business and client needs
