About the Role

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a detail-oriented Hebrew Annotator to aid in data processing and AI training projects. The ideal candidate will transcribe and annotate text from various document types, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency for OCR and machine learning applications. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and precision, with a sharp eye for detail being essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe content (handwritten and typed text) from scanned or digital documents.
• Annotate text (draw bounding boxes around text lines) using annotation tools.
• Review and verify transcribed data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain consistent labeling standards and adhere to project guidelines.
• Report issues and suggest improvements to enhance OCR performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in Hebrew (idiomatic).
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Access to a computer and ability to work effectively remotely.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet daily quality standards.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to track, analyze, and report issues effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and strong time management.
