Key Responsibilities

• Label and Rank: Accurately label and rank Chinese machine learning data, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Chinese to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Audit and Correct: Examine and rectify inaccuracies within Chinese language datasets, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
• Reading and Text-Based Tasks: Complete reading and text-related assignments efficiently, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Preference-Based Tasks: Assess responses and determine which best conform to style guidelines and quality standards.
• Recommend Optimizations: Identify opportunities to improve data quality and enhance model performance in Chinese language tasks.
• Provide Feedback: Collaborate across teams and communicate insightful feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintain meticulous attention to detail during repetitive and precise tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native Chinese; excellent command of English.
• Expert Reading & Writing Skills: Proven ability, to be demonstrated via our written test.
• Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy—proofreading all communications and data entries.
• Work Tolerance: Ability to handle repetitive and monotonous tasks with patience and focus.
• Instruction Following & Independence: Capable of navigating complex instructions and working autonomously amid ambiguity.
