We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Customs Brokerage Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure smooth international freight operations.

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift
• Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate
• Employment Type: Direct Hire with benefits

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Team: Mentor and guide a high-performing Customs Brokerage team through daily operations, coaching, and leadership.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain full compliance with CBP and OGA regulations, including HTS classification, protest filing, and staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Training: Conduct training sessions on new regulations, customs procedures, and brokerage systems (including CargoWise).
• Process Improvement: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with Sales: Support client visits and strategic initiatives alongside the sales team.
• Issue Resolution: Identify service issues or workflow gaps and work with leadership to resolve them swiftly.
• Account Management & Support: Manage VIP accounts and assist the team with customs clearance tasks as needed.

📝 Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or import/export operations (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Relevant coursework in International Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics is a plus
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience (preferred)
• Active U.S. Customs Broker License: Required

💰 Compensation & Pay Range

Up to $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience.
