Job Overview
Purpose 🎯
The Customer Training & Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that every new customer, including individuals with communication challenges (PWCC) and their caregivers, has the knowledge and confidence to use their devices effectively. This role emphasizes post-sale device training, covering device mechanics and their application in daily life.
Additionally, the manager plays a strategic role by shaping Lingraphica’s broader Customer Training & Success programs, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to synchronize messaging, content, and customer journey experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Training & Success 🧑🤝🧑
- Proactively contact new customers postpartum to introduce device training opportunities.
- Deliver personalized one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to customer needs and comfort levels.
- Facilitate group training via the Lingraphica Device Users Community.
- Design adaptable training programs to meet varying customer needs, from initial onboarding to ongoing support.
- Focus training on both device mechanics and practical daily application.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Curriculum & Content Development 📚
- Create training playbooks and curriculum that cater to different personas and skill levels.
- Develop blended learning tools including videos, webinars, and in-product guides to enhance live training.
- Manage and update knowledge resources (e.g., Tettra articles) for accuracy and accessibility.
- Produce scalable onboarding materials such as videos and documentation for internal training, ensuring continual update as products evolve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Development 🤝
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to craft a unified training strategy aligned with company branding and goals.
- Work with Product Managers to convert common training requests into product features or in-product solutions.
- Share training insights to clarify user needs, acting as a voice of the customer.
- Collaborate with Support and Product teams to analyze training effectiveness, adoption metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
Success Metrics 🎯
- All new customers receive proactive and high-quality training.
- Training methods are flexible, supporting various customer needs and preferences.
- Availability of comprehensive playbooks and curriculum supports both live and self-guided learning.
- Blended resources improve adoption and customer confidence while reducing reliance on live training alone.
- Customer insights inform product improvements and ongoing support strategies.
- Cross-team alignment enhances consistency in messaging and customer experience.
- New hires are equipped with up-to-date training resources for rapid onboarding.
- Customers and caregivers feel confident not just in device use but in applying it daily.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience 🎓
- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA preferred but not essential.
- ATP certification and/or Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia (SCA) preferred.
- 3–5 years in AAC training, clinical instruction, or related teaching/coaching roles.
- Experience developing blended learning content, curricula, or knowledge repositories is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 🌟
- Deep expertise in AAC and communication partner training.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to deliver clear, empathetic, and practical device instruction.
- Skilled in tailoring training to diverse learning styles, personas, and knowledge levels.
- Ability to simplify complex product details into engaging training content.
- Creative approach to adapting training to various customer needs.
- Experience developing multimedia training tools like videos, guides, and presentations.
- Collaborative mindset to partner effectively across teams.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex information simply and clearly.
- Organized, proactive, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Additional Information
Travel Requirements ✈️
Travel may be necessary 2-3 times annually for team meetings, company-wide gatherings, and conferences.
Work Environment & Physical Demands 🖥️
This role is primarily remote; individuals should maintain a safe and productive home workspace with reliable internet access. Must be able to operate a computer and video conferencing tools, with accommodations available if needed.

Compensation & Benefits 💰
The starting salary range is $84,000 – $105,000 annually, dependent on experience, education, and internal equity. We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
