Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, recommend products, and handle account inquiries using our top-tier technology.
• Become a product and solutions expert! Equip yourself to answer questions related to product details, pricing, and shipping confidently.
• Build strong business relationships via phone, email, and chat communication.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but eager learners will be fully trained!
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish, in verbal and written forms.
