Position Summary
We seek a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/Spanish) to support our daily office operations. The role involves leadership, effective communication, handling sales inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish
- 💬 Provide service information, pricing details, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
- 📈 Perform outbound calls for follow-ups, estimates, and lead generation (no cold calling)
- 📅 Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
- 🗃️ Maintain customer records and update CRM and scheduling systems
- 🧾 Assist with invoicing, basic data entry, and administrative tasks
- 🌟 Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- 🗣️ Communicate with cleaning teams in Spanish
Qualifications
- 🗣️ Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- 💼 Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, and sales
- 📱 Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- 🤝 Confident in handling sales conversations and closing bookings
- 📝 Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- 💻 Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software
- ⚡ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- 🚗 Driver's License (Required)
Preferred Skills
- 🧽 Experience in the cleaning or home services industry
- 🛠️ Experience with CRM or scheduling systems
- 💰 Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Work Schedule
🕘 Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
📍 In-office position located in Sterling, VA
Compensation & Benefits
- 💵 $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, with a pay increase after 30 days of demonstrated proficiency
