Position Details & Shifts 🕒
- Friday through Tuesday: 12pm - 8pm PST / 3pm - 11pm EST
- Tuesday through Saturday: 12pm - 8pm PST / 3pm - 11pm EST

- Strong Phone Presence (Bilingual English/Spanish): Communicate clearly and empathetically in both languages, ensuring every trucker feels heard and supported.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Think quickly, troubleshoot effectively, and reassure customers at every step.
- Comfortable with High Volume: Stay sharp, organized, and efficient during busy call periods.
- Customer-Obsessed: Deliver seamless, personal, and thoughtful support experiences.
- Emotionally Intelligent: Read between the lines, interpret customer signals, and respond with creativity and care.
- Ambitious & Growth-Oriented: Be eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and excited to advance your career.
- Tech-Savvy: Navigate tools like Zendesk, Slack, and internal systems with ease.
Experience & Qualifications ✅
- 2+ years in a remote customer support role, preferably in fintech or tech startups
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proficient with support tools such as Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments
