The US freight industry consists of approximately 1.6 million trucking companies, with 95% being small businesses operating 10 or fewer trucks. Truckers are vital to the economy, yet current financial tools often fall short of their specific needs. Our mission is to build tailored fintech solutions that empower truckers to take control of their finances and grow their businesses.

We are developing Outgo, a vertical banking platform that consolidates invoicing, accounting, factoring, and banking into one seamless experience—eliminating excessive rates, hidden fees, and inflexible contracts. Our office is located in South Lake Union, Seattle, operating on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in-office work per week.

About the Role: Customer Support Representative 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to deliver excellent support, resolve inquiries, and foster positive relationships, ensuring a satisfying customer experience. Fluency in Spanish, strong technical acumen, experience in high call volume environments, and knowledge of fintech solutions are essential.

What You Will Do 📋

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, provide clear solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to assist customers effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights to help improve our services and offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Design, Operations, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.

Estimated Salary Range for Washington-based Candidates: $23.96 - $29.60/hr. Salary is determined based on various factors including experience, education, and internal considerations.
