Your Role at Exness
As a valued team member, you will:
- Provide support and resolve issues by delivering excellent service across all client communication channels, including live chat, phone, and email 📞💻✉️.
- Answer technical support questions, handle requests, and uphold a professional company image 🌟.
- Navigate multiple programs such as Salesforce and Jira to process requests and escalate issues when necessary 🚀.
- Update clients on their request statuses diligently.
- Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis 📄.
- Prepare and interpret detailed reports and documentation as needed 📊.
- Attend company seminars and meetings to understand our business functions and meet assessment targets 🎓.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the Customer Support manager 🎯.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management 🛠️.
