About the Role
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to customers by managing spare parts operations, technical service processes, and back-office activities. Your efforts will ensure efficient order handling, timely service delivery, and seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners, all aligned with Elopak’s core values and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Spare Parts Management and Logistics
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up diligently.
- Handle spare parts orders and shipments for our technical department and external customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage local and customer spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Handle spare part claims and ensure proper resolution.
💻 Technical Service and Back Office Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.
- Issue weekly technical service invoices based on CRM reports.
- Support the Technical Service Department by reviewing and validating expenses, overtime reports, and PPE.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Previous experience in customer support with a technical background.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and ERP programs (SAP, Priority is a plus).
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
