Your Role:

• Respond to consumer inquiries/questions via free phone lines and record interactions accurately.
• Maintain precise data input of customer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database.
• Handle and log client complaints in accordance with the company’s escalation policy.
• Ensure timely responses to support calls and emails within established SLAs, recording all interactions properly.
• Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Provide recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Higher
• Native/Fluent Hebrew
• Good level of English (C1)
• Writing speed of at least 20 words per minute
• Active Listening skills
• Excellent Problem Solving skills
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
