What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support through calls, emails, and chat interactions
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
- Stay updated with evolving tools and technological advancements
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions to meet KPIs
- Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams
What You Need to Succeed
- Fluent in Italian and English at a minimum C1 level
- Experience in customer support for 6-12 months
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8GB RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
