🔹 What You Will Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via emails and calls 📧📞
  • Manage partner requests according to assigned tasks
  • Handle account services, data updates, identification issues, and account closures
  • Maintain clear and structured case documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient issue resolution
  • Meet team KPIs to ensure high performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends
  • Securely handle customers’ sensitive information 🔒
  • Apply cutting-edge customer happiness practices

🔹 What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent proficiency in English and German (C1 level)—spoken and written
  • Experience in customer support roles
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and reliability, especially with sensitive or legal information
  • Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
  • A personal laptop/computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
  • Bonus: background in banking or financial services and experience with CRM systems
