Role Overview 🎯
As a Customer Support & Nutrition Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based nutritional guidance and exceptional customer service, supporting clients on their health journeys.
What You'll Do 📝
- Customer Service with Substance: Act as the first nutrition-related point of contact for customers via email, chat, social media, and phone. Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented, and knowledgeable approach.
- Evidence-Based Counseling: Utilize your expertise in nutrition science to provide sound advice on nutrition, supplements, and longevity.
- Content Creation & Review: Support the development and quality assurance of content such as FAQs, newsletters, and service articles, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Feedback & Insights: Collect customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements for products, processes, and services.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and develop internal and external knowledge bases to deliver reliable information to customers and colleagues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like Science, Product Development, and Marketing, as well as external partners, to optimize the service experience.
Qualifications & Skills ✅
- Degree in Nutrition Science, Ecotrophology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in nutrition
- Native-level Italian language skills; proficient in English (written and spoken)
- French language skills are a plus
- Experience in customer service, support, or communication is beneficial
- Strong communication, empathy, and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
- Structured, self-reliant working style
- Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., helpdesk systems, CRM, Google Suite)
- Additional language skills such as German are advantageous
