Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Swedish - English), also referred to as a Happiness Officer, who will deliver exceptional and friendly service through our email and live chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a genuine passion for assisting others and have the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. Additionally, you will play a key role in translating our product into Swedish, utilizing user-friendly tools provided for seamless translation and moderating other translations as needed.
