Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Swedish - English), also referred to as Happiness Officer, to provide exemplary service through our email and live-chat platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to assisting customers and maintaining composure in challenging situations. You will also be responsible for translating our product content into Swedish, using provided tools, and moderating translations conducted by others.
