Position Summary
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will collaborate with restaurant partners to review, retain, and optimize their services through Menufy by HungerRush. Your responsibilities include monitoring brand presence across platforms like Google, Apple, Facebook, and Yelp, working closely with high-volume clients to ensure ongoing success, and focusing on customer outreach, retention, and order improvements.
This is a remote position.
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
- Assess customer needs: Provide expertise on product features and consulting services regarding available options.
- Develop retention strategies: Craft and implement plans to increase customer loyalty and business retention.
- Manage online presence: Recover, optimize, maintain, and safeguard customer information on search engines and Google Business Profiles.
- Collaborate with support teams: Communicate with organizations like Google Support to assist customer needs.
- Client engagement: Schedule and conduct performance briefings and work collaboratively to resolve inquiries.
- Competitive analysis: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors to inform strategy.
- Optimize client settings: Review and modify business settings to maximize customer success.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of industry or related experience
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of restaurant industry experience (preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in English
