What You'll Build
As SAP transitions into a cloud-first company, customer success has become a key driver of sustainable growth. Your role will involve shaping how SAP enhances customer value through its partner ecosystem.
You'll collaborate closely with SAP partners to strengthen their capacity for customer success, ensuring clients achieve meaningful outcomes through SAP solutions. Your efforts will influence how organizations adopt, utilize, and derive value from SAP technologies.
By enabling partners to deliver high-quality customer success practices, you'll help foster greater adoption, satisfaction, and long-term relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Enabling partners to develop and scale customer success capabilities aligned with SAP’s cloud strategy.
- Supporting partners in driving customer adoption, solution consumption, and renewal processes.
- Guiding partners across the customer lifecycle and value realization journey.
- Collaborating with SAP internal teams such as partner management, sales, and customer success.
- Using business insights and adoption data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Contributing to initiatives that strengthen SAP’s partner ecosystem as a vital driver of customer success.
- While mainly supporting the Italian Market Unit, you will be part of a regional EMEA team, collaborating across markets to foster a broader partner ecosystem initiative.
What You Bring to the Table 🎯
- At least 8 years of experience within the SAP ecosystem or a similar enterprise software partner environment
- Understanding of partner-led business models and partner ecosystem organizations
- Strong business acumen focused on customer value, transformation, and outcomes
- Analytical mindset with skills to interpret business indicators and customer signals
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams
- Clear communication skills with a proven ability to influence and guide partners
- Proficiency in both English and Italian to effectively engage with our global and local networks

- Technical knowledge or experience with one or more SAP solutions
- Experience working in international or regional settings
