We're excited to invite a talented Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant / Customer Success Manager to join our team early on and help scale our customers' success.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Lead onboarding and manage day-to-day customer relationships
• Provide CRO insights, guidance, and proactive optimization recommendations
• Build digital experiences on our platform—personalizations, experiments, and UX improvements
• Translate customer needs into product insights and help shape the roadmap
• Develop workflows and best practices as we scale
• Collaborate closely with our founders to ensure customer success, retention, and growth

What We're Looking For ⭐

• Hands-on experience in CRO, eCommerce web development, or eCommerce management. Experience at a marketing agency working with eCommerce brands is a plus.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing role with strong relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Technically oriented and quick to learn new tools and platforms
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking full ownership of projects
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by making an impactful difference—beyond bureaucracy

Salary & Benefits 💰

Base Salary: $80,000 – $130,000 plus equity
