Role Overview 🎯
The Customer Success Manager (APAC) will spearhead post-sales initiatives, establishing efficient processes to deliver ongoing value to our hotel clients. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in SaaS customer management, account growth, and revenue retention, working effectively in fast-paced, tech-driven environments using digital and in-person engagement.
Key Goals & Responsibilities 🚀
Goals
- Customer Delight: Ensure every customer is truly delighted, not just satisfied.
- Customer Management: Act as the main point of contact, collaborating with teams like Professional Services, Education, and Support.
- Renewals: Drive high NPS scores and ensure successful account renewals and growth within the APAC region.
- Product Support: Understand customer use cases, prioritize their needs, and relay insights to our Product team.
What You'll Do
- Become a superuser of all Revinate products, mastering every detail.
- Coach customers to enhance product adoption and success.
- Conduct regular reviews and virtual workshops to identify strengths and improvements.
- Share best practices to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
- Build meaningful relationships across organizations beyond day-to-day contact.
- Gather valuable product feedback from customers to inform enhancements.
- Manage account renewals and identify upsell opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales.
What You'll Bring 🎓
- Strong account management and presentation skills, with experience identifying short, mid, and long-term opportunities.
- Technical proficiency combined with negotiation expertise.
- Experience in prospecting, consulting, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing sales or renewals.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Excellent negotiation skills emphasizing a Win/Win approach.
- At least 2 years in account management, consultative sales, or business consulting, preferably within SaaS.
- Fluency in Thai & English is a plus.
- Hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
- Previous Revenue Manager experience in hotels or hotel groups is highly preferred.
