We Are Hiring: Bilingual Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Join our team as a Customer Success Manager (Bilingual), providing dedicated support to our English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and bilingual clients. Your role will involve building relationships, launching new programs to increase customer success, and minimizing churn—all while working directly with clients to solve problems and ensure satisfaction.
🧑💻 Responsibilities: What You'll Do To Make An Impact
- Establish clear client retention goals.
- Build and nurture post-sale relationships with clients in English and Spanish, fostering adoption of PlanHub’s platform.
- Assist with onboarding, including account setup, product navigation, and training, in both languages.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, support calls, and training sessions in English and Spanish.
- Promote the value of PlanHub’s suite of products and encourage their adoption.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional services and features.
- Engage quarterly with clients to review milestones, assess needs, and tailor support plans.
- Re-engage inactive clients (e.g., 30 days without login) proactively.
- Become a trusted partner to help clients achieve long-term success.
🌟 What Will Make You Stand Out
- Minimum of 3 years of inbound sales or customer success experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Experience with SaaS solutions—preferably within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related fields (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across languages.
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
- Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with quick execution.
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with contact management and sales automation tools (HubSpot preferred).

💰 Compensation & Details
The role offers a base salary of up to $75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a **monthly performance-based bonus**. On-target earnings (OTE) range from $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
Bonuses are reviewed periodically, paid out monthly based on performance, and may be prorated if you leave mid-month. Incentive-based pay tied to activity will be forfeited if earned after your departure.

This is a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. as we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
