Located in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida, this hybrid role offers a dynamic opportunity to be at the forefront of client engagement and SaaS solutions, working 3 days a week in the office.

The Role 🎯

  • Drive excitement: Embody our product’s enthusiasm during the 90-day post-sales implementation and onboarding.
  • Guide clients: Ensure successful adoption, engagement, and effective usage of our platform.
  • Empower SMBs: Lead online consultations and personalized onboarding sessions to help clients reach their goals.
  • Monitor engagement: Analyze customer activity to identify risks and support retention.
  • Optimize processes: Use client feedback to refine onboarding workflows.
  • Share knowledge: Deliver training to foster client independence and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate: Work with marketing and product teams to advocate the customer voice.
  • Stay informed: Maintain technical knowledge of our product offerings.

Your Experience & Skills 🌟

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, sales, or support within the SMB market.
  • Deep understanding of SMB workflows and needs.
  • Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ownership, self-awareness, positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Proactive initiative and adaptability to evolving strategies.
  • Extra Credit: Experience with Hubspot, Looker, Zendesk, JIRA, HTML, CRM systems; proficiency in Spanish or Hebrew.
