🔍 About the Job

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide companies in North America through their Odoo journey—from implementation and adoption to renewal and expansion. This role is perfect for someone passionate about software and business, proactive, customer-focused, and eager to help clients grow through technology.

Develop a deep understanding of how Odoo’s solutions address operational challenges across various industries.

📝 Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers currently using Odoo
  • Analyze clients' business operations and promote adoption
  • Execute all phases of subscription renewal plans
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships
  • Empathize with customer needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in the entire sales cycle

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual: reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience negotiating and closing new business deals
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas

💰 Salary Range

The estimated annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, with a base salary range of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, achievements, and location.
