Role Overview
This position offers a blend of remote (40%) and onsite (60%) work in San Francisco, CA. We welcome applicants authorized to work in the U.S., but we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.

The Customer Success Team is dedicated to helping clients optimize their business processes with Odoo’s integrated software solutions. This role is perfect for those passionate about software and business, eager to learn and demonstrate a proactive, "get it done" attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Contact customers currently using Odoo
- 🔍 Analyze clients' business operations and promote software adoption
- 🔄 Manage all phases of subscription renewal processes
- 🤗 Build and maintain strong client relationships
- 🧠 Empathize with customer needs
- 🛠 Be involved throughout the entire sales cycle
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Fluent in Spanish (professional or native/bilingual)
- Experience negotiating and closing new business deals
- Passion for software products
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas

Compensation Details 💰
The estimated annual compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary of $50,000 to $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, experience, professional achievements, and location.
