As a Customer Success Manager, you'll nurture an established client base and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions. 🌟
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Work independently and grow within a supportive environment
- Achieve or surpass sales targets within the SMB Cohort
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese (written & verbal)
- Engage with senior management and C-level contacts to build strong relationships
- Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells
- Set and review business and technical goals via Quarterly Business Reviews
- Maintain structured engagement with customer accounts, troubleshoot challenges, and close deals
- Advise customers on best practices for password security and breach prevention
- Proactively manage a portfolio of Keeper Security customers, ensuring ongoing value
- Stay current with Customer Success best practices and cybersecurity trends
- Navigate account procurement processes and negotiate licenses
- Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues with technical expertise
- Build and maintain high levels of engagement, conducting quarterly reviews
- Become a Keeper Security product expert, occasionally supporting sales and marketing efforts
- Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies
- Use data analysis to prioritize opportunities and manage contract renewals & expansions
- Contribute to the evolution of Keeper’s Customer Success programs
- Foster a positive, high-standard team environment
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer success 💪
Qualifications & Skills ✅
- At least 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success/Sales roles
- Fluent in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese and English (verbal & written)
- Strong technical knowledge of software integrations, onboarding, & support
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive challenge anticipation
- Experience with Enterprise organizations, including C-level engagement
- Autonomous, dedicated, and customer-focused
- Energetic, proactive, and collaborative problem solver
- Quick learner with strong business application skills
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
- IAM industry experience is a bonus
