The Role: Customer Success Manager / Sales Executive 🇮🇹
To support our rapid growth in Italy, we are seeking a results-driven professional to re-engage past and inactive Advisory clients, generate new business, and expand our Advisory client base. If you thrive in a dynamic SaaS environment with a growth mindset, this is your opportunity to thrive!
What You Will Do
- Mapping & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to connect with potential clients.
- Product Presentation: Demonstrate features, onboard new clients, and provide training.
- Research & Engagement: Identify client value expectations and guide them through their product journey.
- Client Reactivation & Referrals: Reactivate churned clients, seek referrals, and explore new opportunities within your portfolio.
- Monitoring & Satisfaction: Track client activity in the VDR, anticipate issues, and address them promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance Customer Success strategies and processes.
What You Bring to the Table 📝
- 2+ years of experience in a full sales cycle role
- Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Expertise in sales techniques: objections handling, negotiations, proposals, closing deals
- Proactive attitude with a responsible work ethic and adaptability
- Ability to build rapport quickly with a results-oriented mindset

- Proven upselling and cross-selling experience
- Background in customer success environments
- Experience in B2B SaaS tech industry
- Financial knowledge of market trends and key players
- Proficiency in German or French languages
