About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Peppr, you will be a cornerstone in ensuring our restaurant clients have a seamless, successful experience from onboarding through ongoing support. You will serve as their primary contact, guiding them through system integration, training, and helping them maximize the benefits of Peppr solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Onboarding 🔍
- Coordinate with the Account Executive to prepare project documentation.
- Partner with the Implementation team to schedule and conduct site surveys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate project requirements internally.
Client Onboarding and Implementation 🤝
- Welcome new clients and facilitate a smooth onboarding process as their main point of contact.
- Build trust by guiding clients through system setup and configuration of Peppr solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging, tailored training sessions, both onsite and remotely.
- Act as a strategic partner, ensuring clients feel confident, cared for, and prepared for success.
Post-Install Monitoring & Relationship Management 📈
- Monitor new accounts during the first 30 days to ensure proper system use and satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients, keeping them informed of updates and new features.
- Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing feature gaps and growth potential, owning the upsell process.
- Handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously (80+ accounts), maintaining high-quality support.
- Use data analytics to guide product improvements, forecasting, and feature adoption campaigns like online ordering or new launches.
Minimum Qualifications ✅
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the restaurant or tech industry.
- Experience in the restaurant industry or working with POS systems is required.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Los Angeles metro area and nearby counties, up to 70%, for onsite client support.

- Salesforce experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits 💰
On Target Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000
Our salary ranges are competitive and based on market trends, ensuring fair compensation. The starting salary will be influenced by your experience, skills, and qualifications for the role.
