About The Job

Become part of an elite team of Customer Success professionals! Our team comprises seasoned technologists experienced in selling to SME and Enterprise clients. Your focus will be on nurturing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and capitalizing on new opportunities within your accounts. 💼

What You Will Do

  • Work independently in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth 📈
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets within the SMB Cohort 🎯
  • Communicate fluently with Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese speaking clients—both verbal and written 🗣️
  • Engage with clients at the Senior Management level, including C-level relationships 🤝
  • Negotiate renewals, cross-sells, and upsells to maximize account value 💵
  • Conduct Business and Technical Reviews to align client goals with Keeper solutions 📝
  • Maintain structured engagement cadence, troubleshoot challenges, and close deals 🤝
  • Advise clients on best practices for cybersecurity and breach prevention 🔒
  • Proactively manage your customer portfolio to deliver consistent value throughout their journey 🚀
  • Stay updated on industry trends, acting as a security and Customer Success advisor 🧠
  • Navigate procurement processes for licensing and contract negotiations 📝
  • Resolve customer issues independently and collaboratively, showcasing technical expertise 🛠️
  • Build and sustain high-value relationships through engagement and communication 🌐
  • Become a Keeper product expert; support sales and marketing initiatives as needed 🧑‍💼
  • Foster customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies 🌟
  • Perform data-driven reviews to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring renewal and growth 📊
  • Contribute to the evolution of Keeper's Customer Success programs and processes 🚧
  • Uphold high standards and drive team excellence 💪
  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer success and satisfaction 💖

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS Customer Success, or Sales roles 💼
  • Fluent in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese and English (verbal and written) 🌎
  • Strong technical knowledge in software integrations (SSO, Directory), onboarding, and support 🖥️
  • Problem-solving mindset with proactive anticipation of challenges 🔍
  • Experience engaging with Enterprise clients, C-level executives, and security professionals 🏢
  • High degree of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to client value realization 🔑
  • Energetic, self-motivated, innovative, and team-oriented 🤝
  • Fast learner with business application proficiency and software aptitude 🚀
  • Excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy in handling escalations 📢
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred 🗃️
  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) preferred 🎓
  • Experience in the IAM industry is a plus ✨
