We're Hiring: Bilingual Customer Success Manager (English/Spanish) 🎯
We are seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Success Manager to facilitate seamless implementation of Path’s products and lay the foundation for future account growth. You'll serve as the voice of the customer to drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our offerings. Reporting to the Head of Mission Control, you'll join a dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic team committed to creating the future of manufacturing. What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for multiple customers across North America 📞
- Manage post-signature customer support, coordinating with the internal deployments team
- Represent the voice of the customer internally between product, engineering, and sales teams
- Coordinate ongoing customer touchpoints to align production planning with our robotic capabilities
- Ensure customer utilization of our robotic systems across all accounts
Who You Are
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), with strong communication skills in technical and business contexts
- Willing to travel (up to 30%) to customer sites for relationship building, support, and understanding business operations ✈️
- Experienced in explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Skilled in negotiating with stakeholders at an executive level
- Customer-obsessed, with a deep commitment to delivering value from our products
- Excited about growing a book of business using modern monetization strategies
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
