We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (English & Spanish) to join our dynamic team. 🌎
What you’ll do:
As a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (CSM) at MaintainX, you'll be a strategic partner to our customers, driving value, retention, and growth. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of North American and LATAM-based clients, fluently communicating, training, and consulting in both English and Spanish to ensure full product adoption and alignment with business goals.
Our CSMs are more than support partners — they are product experts, risk detectives, and strategic time managers who balance proactive engagement with scalable impact across their accounts.
This role requires juggling priorities, focusing on impactful customer interactions, and implementing scalable 1:many strategies to foster adoption and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Ownership and Prioritization
- Manage a portfolio with segmentation and strategic prioritization for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking (LATAM) customers.
- Create and execute success plans aligned with customer business objectives and value metrics.
- Monitor account health using data and behavioral indicators to refine engagement strategies.
Product Adoption and Retention
- Deliver end-user training and enablement via 1:1 and 1:many formats (e.g., webinars, workshops, learning series) in both languages.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and develop multi-threading within accounts.
- Lead Business Impact Reviews and Tune-Ups to demonstrate ROI and deepen strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to identify upsell opportunities and expansion paths.
Risk Mitigation & Support
- Identify early signs of churn through data and sentiment analysis, activating retention plays as needed.
- Serve as a primary escalation point, coordinating cross-functional resolution efforts.
Value Realization
- Regularly communicate product value through impact reports and usage insights.
- Capture and funnel customer feedback to internal teams for product roadmap improvements.
- Contribute to evolving our CSM team’s playbooks, systems, and company culture.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success within B2B SaaS or software industries, demonstrating the ability to keep customers happy and engaged.
- Proven success in driving customer retention and growth metrics.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, fluent in both English and Spanish — confident via Zoom, email, or in person.
- Experience leading product demos and training sessions that inspire users (bonus if it seems effortless).
- Strong risk detection skills, able to turn early signs into strategic wins.
- Data-savvy with an analytical mindset to enhance customer experiences.
